Understanding that every customer has different needs we aim to and
confidently ensure that all our guests have comfortable facilities, all
requests are dealt with efficiently and all guests are made to feel welcome.
Where we have restrictions due to the building being Grade II* listed
we will endeavour to find a suitable alternative where possible

Accommodation
There are 7 ground floor spacious en suite garden rooms
comprising, 1 family room, 4 twin rooms and 2 double rooms
All showers are over baths
There are 6 first floor en suite rooms in the main building with
13 steps, comprising 1 twin and 1 double, then a further 4 steps
to another 1 twin and 3 doubles.

There are 5 2nd floor en suite rooms with 15 steps, comprising 1
family suite with 7 steps down into the first room on entering, 1
twin and 3 doubles

Access into hotel
There is a paved slope wide enough for a wheel chair
from the front of the hotel street level to a side door entrance
straight into reception
From the front of the hotel there are 3 steps with a hand rail & then
a further 3 steps
From the rear of the hotel there are two routes

The bar has one small step into it that is well lit. The rest of
the ground floor is level with a fully adapted disabled and family
baby change toilet.
There is easy seating on the ground floor and waitress service is
available
There are male & female accessible toilets on the ground floor
Assistance dogs are welcomed in the hotel.
There is a private car park directly opposite the front of the hotel & a
private car park at the rear of the hotel. The hotel will reserve spaces
for blue badge holders with prior notice either in the car park or directly
in front of the hotel
Porter service is available to assist guests with luggage
General
The hotel is at the end of the main town high street
There is a bus stop opposite the hotel.
There is a taxi operating in Presteigne which has been converted
to accept wheel chairs. Bookings can be made at the hotel
There are stations at Ludlow 23 miles away, Leominster 17 miles away
and Hereford 26 miles away.
