The Radnorshire Arms Hotel is an ideal choice for your company's AGM,
presentation or other corporate function. We provide ample parking,
quiet location with all local amenities and easy access from major
road networks, nineteen Guest Rooms (either double, twin or family),
two restaurants, well stocked bar, large garden with covered area
and a relaxing lounge.
We supply access to overhead projectors
and screens, slide projectors, flip charts and whiteboards, TV and
video equipment, FAX, phone, internet and photocopy services.
We have three rooms available to suit the size of your event:
'Hattons' is suitable for
the larger conference and can accommodate up to 60 people 'theatre
style', 36 in a 'U' arrangement or 24 'boardroom' style. Situated on
the ground floor, the room is 26'5" x 22'4" and has five
large windows on three walls for ample natural lighting. There are
electrical sockets on each wall and additional cabling can be provided
if required. Hattons overlooks the gardens, and has direct access via
french windows.
Hire charges: £50 per day, £25 per session.
'The Oak Room' is ideal for
the smaller boardroom style meetings. This 18'2" x 14'4" , ground floor,
Jacobean panelled room can hold 25 people 'theatre style' or 15 in
a 'boardroom' configuration. The room has french doors to the garden,
ample electrical sockets and wall lights, but no ceiling light.With
only one additional window, this room is more suited to a relaxed meetings.
Hire charges: £25 per day, £10 per session.
'The Lounge' is on the
first floor, has a large bay window and is light and airy. Filled
with sofas and easy chairs this 27'6" x 17'8" can comfortably
accommodate 12 people in a relaxed setting, and is ideal for a syndicate
room, breakout room for teas, coffees and buffet style lunches or an
informal meeting place for smaller or more relaxed events.
Hire charges: £30 per day, £15 per session.
The prices listed below do not include equipment hire, please contact
us for a specific quote. The cost of room hire (given above) should
be added to these 'Per Head' costs. Prices include VAT at the current
rate.
Conference and luncheon: A full day use of a single
conference room, morning coffee and pastries on arrival, coffee mid
morning, a plated buffet lunch with soup and desert. Tea and shortbread
before departure. £15.50 per person.
Conference and Overnight stay: 24 hour use of a single
conference room, en suite accommodation in one of our nineteen rooms
with full Radnorshire Breakfast. Morning coffee and pastries, plated
buffet lunch (as above), tea and shortbread and three course evening
meal are also included. £75.00 per person.
